This Banana Bread Muffins Recipe is your ticket to a fabulous sweet banana sensation! These muffins are perfectly soft and moist... and terribly irresistible! Plus with just 10 minutes of prep, they're so quick and simple to make!
Add Softened Butter and Sugar to large mixing bowl, and cream together until well combined.
Add Mashed Bananas, Lightly Beaten Eggs, and Vanilla to bowl, and continue mixing until combined.
In separate large mixing bowl, combine All Purpose Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, and Salt. Whisk together until well combined.
Then gradually pour into large bowl of banana mixture. Stir well with large spoon to combine completely.
Place muffin liners in muffin pans, then fill each liner 2/3 – 3/4 full with batter.
Bake for 15 – 17 minutes, or until done and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ENJOY!!
Notes
Freezer Tip: If freezing, after your muffins have cooled, place in Gallon sized Freezer Ziploc Bags, removing as much air as possible. When ready to eat… remove as many as you'd like from freezer, and defrost on the counter.. or microwave to defrost.
