1 1/2cupsOld Fashioned Oats{Rolled Oats}
1Food Processor or Heavy-Duty Blender also needed
Instructions
Transfer oats to a Food Processor or Heavy-Duty Blender, and pulse or blend just until oats turn into a powdery consistency. This usually takes between 20 seconds to 1 minute, based on your machine. {Note: Be careful not to overdo it, as pulsing or blending too long can result in a clumpier texture}
Use oat flour right away in your recipe, or transfer to a mason jar and seal with a lid for later.
Storage tip: Oat flour can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups of Oat Flour.For a larger batch, recipe can easily be doubled.
