Vanilla Cake in a Mug Recipe
This light and fluffy Vanilla Cake in a Mug Recipe is the perfect way to satisfy those dessert cravings with easy portion control!

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix box (‘Just Add Water’ variety)
- 13.25 oz. Vanilla Cake Mix box
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together Angel Food Cake Mix and Vanilla Cake Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mix to mason jars for easy storage. (you can use THREE 16 oz. mason jars, or ONE 32 oz. mason jar + ONE 16 oz. mason jar)
- Add 3 tbsp. Mix + 2 tbsp. Water to Microwave Safe Mug, and stir well. (optional: stir in 1 tsp. Sprinkles)
- Microwave for 1 minute, or until done.
- Allow to cool, top with some whip cream and ENJOY!
