1tablespoonCanola Oil(Avocado Oil or Vegetable Oil can be substituted)
Instructions
Preheat oven 375° F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread walnuts on baking sheet and bake about 5-7 minutes, or until golden.
While they're baking, in a small bowl, combine Sugar, Salt, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, and Cayenne, and whisk until well combined.
In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add baked nuts and stir to coat with oil. Then add seasoning mix, stirring until nuts are completely coated. Remove coated nuts and transfer to parchment paper to cool.
