Easy Cornbread Recipe
It'll be hard to prepare your taste buds for this melt-in-your-mouth Easy Cornbread Recipe made in a 9x13 pan! You'll never want to go back to those store bought boxes again!
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 5 tbsp. Cornmeal
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 large Eggs (lightly beaten with whisk)
- ½ cup Milk
- 8 tbsp. Butter melted (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir all ingredients together in large mixing bowl, until well combined.
- Spray 9×13 Baking Dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray, transfer mixture into pan, then spread out evenly.
- Bake for 18 minutes, or until done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool a bit, then slice, slather with butter, and ENJOY!!
