Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

You're about to create a fabulous baked potato masterpiece with a simple russet potato. Seriously, these are the crazy easy Crock Pot Baked Potatoes you need in your life. Dinner planning just got easy! Just toss them in your slow cooker, and walk away!

Ingredients

  • 4 Russett Potatoes
  • Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, and Green Onions for topping. (OPTIONAL)

Instructions

  • Scrub, Wash, and thoroughly Dry Russett Potatoes.
    Russet Potatoes in basket.
  • Poke Potatoes with a fork several times.
  • Wrap ’em up in Foil.
  • Place in Crockpot and cover with Crockpot Lid.

  • Rotate and Turn occasionally.
  • Cook on HIGH for 4 hours (or LOW for approx. 8 hours) or until done… larger potatoes will take longer to cook.
    Baked potato with cheese, chives, and sour cream.
