Cornbread Muffins
These sweet and buttery Southern cornbread muffins will INSTANTLY take your dinner to the next level! They're so easy to make, and always get rave reviews!
Servings: 15
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 5 tbsp. Cornmeal
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 large Eggs (lightly beaten with whisk)
- ½ cup Milk
- 8 tbsp. Butter (melted) - 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl, and stir well.
- Fill Muffin liners 1/2 way full with mixture.
- Bake for approx. 15 minutes, or until done.
- Let muffins cool completely on cooling rack, and ENJOY!
