Roast Beef Sliders Recipe

  • 12 count King's Hawaiian Rolls package
  • 14 ounces thin sliced Roast Beef
  • 8 slices  Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons  Garlic Butter melted
  • 1 cup frozen chopped White Onions


  • Remove Frozen White Onions from freezer and thaw 1 cup. {this will end up being approx. 1/2 cup when thawed}
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove Hawaiian Rolls from package, and slice in half... while keeping rolls attached.
  • Place bottom layer of Rolls in 9x13 glass or ceramic baking dish.
  • Evenly lay 4 slices of Cheddar cheese over Rolls.
  • Next, evenly scoop diced White Onions over the top of the Cheddar Cheese.
  • Top Onions with a layer of Roast Beef slices.
  • Then top Roast Beef with 4 more slices of Cheddar Cheese, and place the top of the Rolls on top.
  • Brush the Roll Tops with melted Garlic Butter.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until Cheese has melted.   Slice, and ENJOY!
