2lbsFrozen White Corn32 oz.
1stick Butter1/2 cup, cut into thin slices
1cupEvaporated Milk8 oz.
Add Corn, Sugar, Salt and Pepper to Crock Pot, then stir.
Pour Evaporated Milk over Corn, then place Butter pieces and cubed Cream Cheese on top of Corn mixture.
Cover Crock Pot, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
After 3 hours on HIGH, stir your corn mixture, then replace lid.
Cook for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes on HIGH or until done, stirring every 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
Prep Ahead / Leftover Tip: To make this ahead of time or to store leftovers, the creamed corn can be frozen in freezer friendly bags. When ready to serve, just place the frozen corn in the refrigerator to allow it to thaw, then microwave it in a microwave-safe bowl.
