2slicesBread
2tbsp.Basil Pesto
1sliceFresh Mozarella (approx. 1/4″ thick)
1mediumTomato(thinly sliced)
3Fresh Basil Leaves
2tsp.Butter
Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Layer 1 slice bread with pesto, mozzarella cheese, 2 tomato slices, 3 basil leaves, and top piece of bread.
Butter outside of each bread slice.
Grill sandwich on a grill pan on the stove over medium heat, flipping once to ensure both sides are toasty. You can also grill on a panini press, too. ENJOY!
