Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until combined.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and transfer to refrigerator for at least 1 hour, allowing flavors to marinate.
When ready to serve, build a sandwich using rustic sourdough bread, toasted multigrain bread, or your favorite bun, and ENJOY!
