Use this Ginger Soy Sauce Recipe as a totally tempting Dipping Sauce for Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls and Won Tons!
2tspFresh Ginger, very finely diced
1/4cupSeasoned Rice Vinegar
1/4tspRed Pepper Flakes*
Thoroughly whisk all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
Transfer mixture to sauce pan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer mixture while stirring for 2-3 more minutes.
Serve your dipping sauce at room temperature with your choice of Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls or Pot Stickers.
*For a hotter sauce, add more pepper flakes. To reduce heat, strain sauce before serving.This sauce recipe will yield approximately 3/4 cup of sauce. If you need more sauce, this recipe can easily be doubled.
