Lemon Juice
fresh squeezed {approx. 4 – 5 medium lemons}

Pineapple Juice
chilled

cups
Sugar

HOT Water

COLD Water
Instructions
Roll each of your lemons on a cutting board to loosen up the juice inside.
Then cut lemons in half, squeeze out the juice, remove any seeds, and transfer juice to a pitcher.
Heat 1 cup of water to HOT, dissolve sugar in the hot water… stirring well, then transfer sugar-water to pitcher.
Pour pineapple juice into pitcher, and 4 cups COLD water, stir well, and transfer to the refrigerator.
Chill for at least 1 hour, stir well before serving and ENJOY!
