Ingredients
28
ounces
Frozen Green Beans {two 14 ounce packages, thawed for 1 hour}
1
pound
Bacon
cooked and chopped
21
ounces
Cream of Mushroom Soup
{two 10.5 oz. cans}
1
cup
Evaporated Milk
1/2
cup
shredded Parmesan Cheese
5
cloves
Garlic
minced
1
teaspoon
Onion Powder
1/2
teaspoon
Pepper
2
cups
French Fried Onions
Instructions
Add Cream of Mushroom Soup, Evaporated Milk, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Onion Powder and Pepper to large bowl, then stir until thoroughly combined.
Next, add thawed Frozen Green Beans and Cooked Chopped Bacon to your large bowl, and stir again.
Spray inside of 5 - 6 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray, then transfer creamy bean mixture to crockpot.
Cover crockpot with lid and cook on LOW for 4 hours. {do not overcook}
When done, stir well, top with French Fried Onions, then turn crockpot off or to 'Warm' setting.
Leave lid off crockpot, and serve straight from crockpot. With the lid kept off, this will allow the French Fried Onions to remain crunchy. ENJOY!
