medium Russet
Potatoes
(approx. 2 lbs.)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(or Avocado Oil)

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Garlic Salt

Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Leave skins on your potatoes, and thoroughly wash & scrub them.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 - 8 even sized wedges, and set aside.
In small bowl, combine Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, and optional Cayenne.
Brush Garlic Parmesan mixture onto potato wedges, and place skin side down on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until tender. Enjoy as a snack, or a tasty dinner side!
