24Fresh Strawberries
12ouncesNestle Toll House White Chocolate Baking Chips {1 bag}
2tablespoonsBlue Sugar Sprinkles
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with a piece of wax paper, and set aside.
Wash Strawberries, and dry completely. {it’s very important they are completely dry when you go to dip them}
You can melt chocolate in your double boiler or by simmering on your stove, but my favorite method is… in the microwave! {easy!}
Start by microwaving white chocolate chips for 30 seconds {in microwave safe bowl}, then stir. Then… continue to microwave in 10 second increments, stirring each time just until they’re melted and smooth. {be careful not to overdo it} I usually wait until just a few pieces are left in chocolate chip form, and stir until smooth.
Hold strawberry by the stem, and carefully dip in melted chocolate. As you lift the strawberry up from the chocolate, twist and twirl to let the excess chocolate drip off, then carefully dip the end in the bowl of blue sugar crystals.
Then place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Place in refrigerator, and let the chocolate set as it cools. {approx. 30 minutes}
