Instructions
Pour pineapple juice from pineapple chunks can into Crockpot, add chicken, and cook in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours {covered}. Place pineapple chunks in the refrigerator.
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crockpot.
In medium mixing bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce and pineapple chunks, then pour over chicken breasts in Crockpot. Cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or until done.
Serve with a side of rice, and dinner is done! Make sure to poke a pineapple onto your fork with a chunk of chicken for a burst of flavor with each bite! Yum!
Optional: If you want to kick up the spice even more, sprinkle with a dash of red pepper flakes before serving.
