Make yourself some seriously cute treats this Fall when you make these adorable Peeps Gingerbread Spice Cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 24 Gingerbread Peeps {I found mine at Walgreens}
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Frosting {1 container}
  • 24 Cupcake Liners

Instructions

  • Prepare cupcakes per instructions on Spice Cake Mix box.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Frost with your favorite Cream Cheese Frosting.
  • Carefully remove Gingerbread Peeps from package, and gently separate.
  • Gently insert toothpick into Peeps {see below} ~ awkward, I know, I know…
  • Carefully poke one Peep down into each cupcake, and you're done!
