Ingredients

Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix
1/3
cup
Applesauce
1
cup
Water
3
Eggs

ounces
Cream Cheese Frosting

teaspoon
Lemon Juice
Instructions
Mix Cake Mix, Applesauce, Water and Eggs together for 1 minute on medium speed with hand mixer or stand mixer
Spray inside of 4 - 6 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour mixture into Crockpot and cover with lid.
Cook on HIGH for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove lid, and allow cake to cool in the crockpot after it has finished baking.
Once the cake has cooled, carefully cut pieces directly out from the Crockpot.
Stir in 1 tsp. Lemon Juice into the Cream Cheese Frosting, and frost the pieces up for an extra little boost of lemon zing!
