Ingredients
5medium Gala Apples {depending on the size of your Crockpot}
½cupQuaker Old Fashioned Oats
½cupBrown Sugar
3tsp.Cinnamon
1tsp.Allspice
1/4cupButter
Instructions
Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of Crockpot
Carefully core apples using a small sharp knife. When coring the apple, you'll just want to go down about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way, leaving the bottom of the apple in tact so the filling doesn't fall out.
Then using the edge of knife, peel off approx. 1/2 inch of peel around the top.
Mix together Oats, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Allspice.
Fill each apple with Oats/Sugar/Spice mixture.
Top each apple with a pat of butter.
Carefully place in Crockpot, and put lid on Crockpot.
Cook on HIGH 3 – 4 hours, or until done.
Once they're done, enjoy as is, or top off with some whip cream!
