Ingredients
3lbs.Boneless Skinless Chicken Breastsfresh or thawed
12oz.Sliced Mushroomsdrained (2 Jars, 6 oz. each)
1/2cupMarsala Cooking Wine
1/2cupHeavy Cream
6clovesof Garlicminced
2TbspCorn Starch
1/8tspSalt
1/8tspPepper
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, or LOW for 6 hours. {covered}
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crockpot. Retain 1/2 cup of drained juices.
On stove, add Marsala Wine and retained juices to a small sauce pan.
Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes.
Stir Cream, Mushrooms, Garlic, Corn Starch, Salt, and Pepper into sauce pan.
Immediately pour sauce mixture over chicken in crockpot and cook on HIGH for 20 more minutes, or until done.
Remove chicken from crockpot, and serve over fresh cooked Pasta. YUM!
