Egg Poaching Instructions:
Use this
Egg Poaching Pan
… it makes poaching eggs SO easy!!
Remove Lid and Egg Tray from Pan.
Add water to empty Pan and bring water to boil.
Place Egg Tray back onto Pan.
Spray each Egg Cup with non-stick spray, place into Egg Tray, and crack an Egg into each Egg Cup.
Cover Pan with Lid and cook on stove top for approximately 4 minutes over medium/high heat, or until done.
Homemade Hollandaise Sauce Instructions:
Separate 4 Egg Whites from Egg Yolks.
Discard Egg Whites, and set Egg Yolks aside.
In a sauce pan on stove top, slowly melt butter. Be careful to not let it burn, but make sure it is HOT.
Add 4 Egg Yolks, Lemon Juice and Cayenne Pepper to Blender and blend on low speed.
While blender is running on low speed, slowly pour your HOT melted butter into blender.
Immediately pour mixture over your stacked English Muffin, Ham and poached Egg and serve.
Assembling Eggs Benedict Instructions:
Trim ham down into English Muffin sized pieces.
Fry ham on stove over medium heat {both sides}.
For each Eggs Benedict, toast 1/2 of an English Muffin.
Top with fried piece of ham.
Then carefully place your poached egg on top of ham.
Drizzle with Hollandaise Sauce, and ENJOY!
