Ingredients

Active Dry Yeast {or one 1/4 oz. packet}

Sugar

Water {lukewarm}

large egg

‘Self Rising’ Flour

Canola or Vegetable Oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, stir together Yeast, Sugar, and Water, and allow mixture to sit for approximately 5 minutes.
Add Egg to Yeast mixture, and whisk.
Then add Flour, Salt, and Oil to mixture, and stir well with wooden spoon.
Spray Non-Sttick Muffin Tins with cooking spray, and fill each cup 2/3 full with dough.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until done.
Remove from oven, allow to cool in muffin tins for a few minutes, then transfer to wire cooling rack to finish cooling.
Top with
