Instructions
In large mixing bowl, whisk together Angel Food Cake Mix and Lemon Cake Mix until well combined.
Transfer mix to mason jars for easy storage. {you can use THREE 16 oz. mason jars, or ONE 32 oz. mason jar + ONE 16 oz. mason jar}
When the craving for cake sets in, grab a microwave safe mug and add 3 tbsp. Cake Mix, 2 tbsp. Water, and stir well.
Microwave for 1 minute, or until done.
Top with some whip cream and ENJOY!
