Ingredients

softened Butter

Pink Royal Icing
White Royal Icing
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour (or overnight).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Form 1 oz pieces of dough into ovals. Pinch one end to make into a tail.
Add 2 smaller pieces to top of dough ball for ears. Use the rounded edge of a small dowel or rounded end of paint brush to form ears.
Make eyes using tooth pick.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
Using Pink Royal Icing to decorate ears and White Royal Icing for the tail.
Try not to eat them all in one sitting. Put in airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
You will need a toothpick, plus a small dowel or rounded end of paint brush to create these cookies.
