2CupsFresh Spinach
1Banana
2CupsOrange Juice
2CupsNon-Fat Milk
8Large Frozen Strawberries
½CupFrozen Blueberries
8oz.Yogurt {I like to use BoysenberryBlackberry, Strawberry, or Raspberry}
3Baby Carrots
Optional: 1 tsp. Sugar
Instructions
Blend spinach, orange juice and milk together first. I use the ‘liquify’ option on my blender.
Once the spinach has blended well, add all other ingredients and blend.
I like to use frozen fruit, but if using fresh fruit, you can add in some ice cubes for more of a frozen consistency.
Enjoy!
If making these for someone else, you may want to wait until they’ve had it and raved about how much they enjoy it before you share the secret with them… that they’re drinking spinach!
