Ingredients
16ouncesMacaroni Elbows Pasta box {1 pound}
4cupsShredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
10 3/4ouncesCampbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup {1 can}
1cupMayonnaise
½cupOnionchopped
2cupsSeasoned Croutons, crushed{just pop them in a large ziploc bag and crush them down with a rolling pin}
⅛teaspoonPepper
Instructions
Cook Pasta per package instructions, drain and set aside.
Combine 3 cups of cheese, cooked pasta, and all other ingredients together in large bowl, and stir well.
Spray 9×13 casserole dish with Pam non-stick cooking spray, and pour mixture into dish.
Top with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Spread crushed croutons over the top. {such a delicious topping!}
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cheese is melted and edges bubble. ENJOY!!
