Ingredients

Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
15
ounces
Pure Pumpkin Puree
{not pumpkin pie filling}
1/3
cup
Applesauce

Eggs
1 1/4
teaspoons
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 9x13 glass or aluminum pan, or 325 degrees for 9x13 nonstick pan.
Spray bottom of pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, and mix with hand mixer or stand mixer until well combined.
Then pour cake batter into your cake pan, and spread out evenly.
Bake on center oven rack for 26 – 31 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
After cake has cooled completely, top with
Cream Cheese Frosting
and ENJOY!
Notes
*Note: If you can't find a spice cake mix, try this as a substitute: Use a Yellow Cake Mix, and whisk in the following: 1 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger, 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves.
