Valentine's Day Cookies Recipe

Some days call for something pretty and pink and sweet.  This Valentine's Day Cookies Recipe is the perfect solution!

Ingredients

  • 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Red Food Coloring
  • 2 Tbsp. Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  • Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
  • Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  • Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  • Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
  • Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in just a few drops of Red Food Coloring to tint the frosting pink. Stir until frosting is tinted a pretty shade of pink.
  • Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
