Ingredients
2cupsDiced Cooked Chicken {Rotisserie Chicken can be used}
2cupsCooked White Rice
½cupMayo
2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
21oz.Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup {2 cans10.5 oz. each}
12oz.pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetablesslightly thawed
½cupSour Cream
2tbsp.Buttermelted
½tsp.Onion Powder
¼tsp.Salt
⅛tsp.Pepper
Instructions
Spray 9×13 casserole dish with Pam cooking spray.
Place Veggies in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Top with cubed chicken, then add cooked rice.
Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt and pepper in bowl, and mix well.
Spread mixture over the ingredients already in casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Drizzle with melted butter, and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour, or until done. {bake first 30 minutes covered, and last 30 minutes uncovered}. ENJOY!!
