  • 56 ounces ‘Italian Herb Recipe’ Crushed Tomatoes {2 cans 28 oz. each}
  • 6 ounces Tomato Paste {1 can}
  • 1 White Onion finely chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ teaspoon Black Pepper


  • Toss all ingredients into Crockpot, Stir, and Cover.
  • Cook on HIGH for approx. 3 hours, or LOW for 6 hours. Serve over cooked Pasta and ENJOY!!


If Freezing:
Once done, let sauce cool completely.
Store in Freezer Gallon Ziploc Bags or Freezer Safe Canning Jars {leaving 1/2" empty space at top for expansion when freezing}
Freeze up to 3 months... and ENJOY!
