Ingredients
4thin cut Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts{or use regular chicken breasts pounded out prior to grilling}
20 1/2oz.Kikkoman Original Teriyaki Sauce Takumi Collection{1 bottle}
20oz.Dole Pineapple Slices {1 can} or Fresh Pineapple Slices{use a Pineapple Decorer – it’s SO easy!}
4Hamburger Buns
2cupsShredded Iceberg Lettuce or 4 pieces Leaf Lettuce
4slicesSwiss Cheese
4tsp.Mayonnaise
Optional: Tomato Slices or Onion Slices for topping
Instructions
Marinade your chicken overnight using 1/2 bottle of the Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce, placing chicken and sauce in a Freezer Ziploc Bag.
Grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside {8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees or until internal temperature of your chicken is 165 degrees}, or on a grill pan inside.
Lightly grill your pineapple slices on the grill outside, or in a grill pan inside.
To grill or to not grill your buns?? Your Choice!! I love to add some butter to the inside of the buns, and grill them just until a little toasty.
Build your 4 Chicken Sandwiches… Bun, Mayo, Chicken, Swiss Cheese, Pineapple Rings, a dash of Teriyaki Sauce, Lettuce, and Optional Onions or Tomato Slices. ENJOY!!
