Ingredients

cups
Shredded
Zucchini
{I used approx. 4 Zucchinis
peeled then shredded}

eggs
⅔
cup
Canola or Vegetable Oil
3
tsp.
Vanilla
3
cups
Flour
2
cups
Sugar
½
cup
Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
1
tsp.
Baking Soda
1
tsp.
Salt
½

Baking Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat together in large bowl Sugar, Eggs, Oil, and Vanilla.
Stir in Shredded Zucchini and mix with a spoon until well combined.
In separate large bowl, mix together Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder.
Gradually pour dry mixture into wet mixture, and stir well until all combined.
Spray 2 loaf pans with Non-stick cooking spray, then divide mixture equally into loaf pans.
Bake for approx. 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove loaves from pans, cool on Wire Racks, and ENJOY!
