Mix all ingredients together for 1 minute on medium speed with hand mixer or stand mixer.
Spray inside of 6 quart Crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour mixture into Crockpot and cover with lid.
Cook on HIGH for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Once done, remove lid and allow cake to cool in crockpot.
After cake has cooled, carefully cut pieces directly out from the Crockpot.
Optional: Top with Cream Cheese Frosting, then sprinkle with some additional Ground Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice. ENJOY!

*Note: If you can't find a spice cake mix, try this as a substitute: Use a Yellow Cake Mix, and whisk in the following: 1 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger, 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves.
