Score top of ham by carefully making diagonal cuts on the surface approx. 1 inch apart. {It makes the ham prettier, while allowing the delicious flavors of the sauce to soak in more}
In small mixing bowl, mix together Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Mustard, and Allspice.
Pour mixture over Ham, and use a basting brush to brush it all over the top and sides. {you’ll see your diamond pattern starting to appear as the sauce soaks in}.
Cover Crock Pot with lid and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours, or until done. {depending on size of ham} Be sure not to overcook!
Occasionally scoop up sauce mixture and brush over ham while cooking. ENJOY!
Notes
Once ham is done, you can either serve it on a platter, or you can remove from Crockpot, slice, and transfer back to Crockpot. Then pour juices over the slices, turn Crockpot to LOW or KEEP WARM setting, and serve straight from the Crockpot!
