Ingredients
3lbs.Boneless Skinless Chicken Breastsfresh or thawed
6ClovesGarlicfinely minced
1/2cupHeinz Ketchup
1/3cupSoy Sauce
3/4cupHoney
1/4tspThyme
1/4tspOregano
Sesame Seeds and Green Onions for garnish {optional}
1/4tspCayenne Pepper {optional}
Instructions
Place chicken in Crock-Pot® 5-in-1 Multi Cooker, and cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours or on LOW for 5 hours.
After 2.5 hours on HIGH or 5 hours on LOW, drain juices from slow cooker.
In medium bowl, thoroughly mix together Honey, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Thyme, Oregano, and optional Cayenne Pepper.
Pour sauce mixture over chicken and cook on HIGH for 1 more hour {covered}, or until done.
Scoop sauce mixture over Chicken while cooking if necessary.
Serve over rice, sprinkled with Sesame Seeds and chopped Green Onions… and ENJOY!!
