Ingredients
15.25oz.Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix{1 box}
44oz.Key Lime Pie Filling{use 2 cans 22 oz. each, OR use homemade Key Lime Pie filling}
8tbsp.Butter, melted{1/2 cup or 1 stick}
Instructions
Spray inside of Crock Pot with non-stick cooking spray
Empty cans of Key Lime Pie Filling into bottom of Crock Pot, then spread out evenly.
In medium mixing bowl, combine dry Vanilla Cake Mix and melted Butter, then stir until crumbly. {break up any large chunks into small crumbles with spoon}.
Pour cake/butter crumble mixture over Key Lime mixture in Crock Pot, spread out evenly, and cover Crock Pot with lid.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours.
Optional: Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, or top with Whip Cream and Toasted Coconut. ENJOY!
