Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
fresh or thawed

oz.
Frozen Chopped Spinach
thawed

oz.
Artichoke Hearts
drained and chopped

cups
shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

shredded Parmesan Cheese

oz.
package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
softened to room temp, then cubed

cup
Sour Cream
1/4
cup
Mayo
1/2

Garlic Powder

Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot and cook chicken on HIGH for 2.5 hours, or on LOW for 5 hours. {covered}
After 2.5 hours on HIGH or 5 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crockpot.
Mix together remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 1 additional hour {covered}, or until done. ENJOY!!
