Ingredients

bag frozen Broccoli Florets
{10 ounces, slightly thawed & roughly chopped}
1.5
cups
White Onion
chopped
1
can Evaporated Milk {12 ounces}
2
pounds
Velveeta Cheese
cubed into small pieces
1/4
teaspoon
Black Pepper
Instructions
Saute chopped Onion in 1 tbsp Butter over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Transfer Onions to large bowl and add Broccoli, Milk, and Pepper, then combine thoroughly.
Spray 3-4 quart Crock Pot with Pam Cooking Spray.
Transfer ingredients from bowl into Crock Pot, add cubed Velveeta, then cover with lid.
Cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours, stirring mixture every 30-40 minutes until done. Enjoy!
Notes
If using a smaller 2 quart Crock Pot, simply cut the recipe in half to ensure it will fit.
