Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen Broccoli Florets {10 ounces, slightly thawed & roughly chopped}
  • 1.5 cups White Onion chopped
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk {12 ounces}
  • 2 pounds Velveeta Cheese cubed into small pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Saute chopped Onion in 1 tbsp Butter over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer Onions to large bowl and add Broccoli, Milk, and Pepper, then combine thoroughly.
  • Spray 3-4 quart Crock Pot with Pam Cooking Spray.
  • Transfer ingredients from bowl into Crock Pot, add cubed Velveeta, then cover with lid.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours, stirring mixture every 30-40 minutes until done. Enjoy!

Notes

If using a smaller 2 quart Crock Pot, simply cut the recipe in half to ensure it will fit.
