Once heated, pour Chili into skillet, sprinkle with Taco Seasoning, and top with cubed Velveeta Cheese.
Stir continually with wooden spoon or spatula, until well combined and cheese has completely melted {approx. 10 minutes}.
Now stir in 1/4 cup Milk until well combined. If you'd like a thinner mixture, add additional Milk 1 tbsp. at a time to thin it down until you reach your desired consistency.
Once cheese has completely melted and millk has been stirred in, top with optional Green Onions, and serve immediately straight from the skillet with Tortilla Chips for dipping. ENJOY!
