No need to wear green, just eat these delicious green St Patricks Day Cookies instead!

Ingredients
  • 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color
  • 2 Tbsp. Green or St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  2. Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
  3. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  4. Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  5. Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
  6. Using your favorite homemade or store bought tub of Cream Cheese Frosting, mix in just a smidge of Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color – a little bit goes a long way! Stir until frosting is tinted green.
  7. Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive green or St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
