This Easy Ranch Burger Recipe could be your new family favorite!
Recipe type: Entree
Cuisine: American
Serves: 8
  • 2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (1 packet) or 3 Tbsp Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ½ cup crushed regular Fritos Corn Chips
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 8 Hamburger Buns {Potato Buns are really yummy with this!}
  • 8 slices of Cheese {I like Tillamook Cheddar}
  1. Mix your egg, ranch mix and Fritos in a large bowl.
  2. Add your lean ground beef to bowl and mix with your fingers.
  3. Form mixture into 8 balls, smashing into patties with Hamburger Press.
  4. Carefully stack burgers with Wax Paper separating patties, and place burgers in fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
  5. Grill your burgers for 5 minutes on each side at 350 – 400 degrees, or until done.
  6. Melt cheese onto burgers.
  7. To grill or to not grill your buns?? Your Choice!! I love to add some butter to the inside of the buns, and grill them just until a little toasty.
  8. Build your burgers… bun, burger, optional grilled onions, lettuce and tomato, and ENJOY!!
