Cauliflower gets really exciting with this easy Crockpot Cheesy Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe!

  • 24 ounces Frozen Cauliflower {2 packages, 12 ounces each}
  • 21 ounces Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup {2 cans, 10.5 ounces each}
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  1. Spray inside of Crockpot with Pam Cooking Spray.
  2. Slightly thaw cauliflower {I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking}
  3. After cauliflower has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
  4. Transfer to crockpot.
  5. Cook on HIGH for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
