  • 12.6 ounces Birds Eye Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets package
  • 2 cups Cubed and Cooked Rotisserie Chicken {yummy!}
  • 12.9 ounce Uncle Ben’s 90-second Butter & Garlic Rice package {or 2 cups of cooked white rice can be substituted}
  • 21½ ounces Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup {2 cans, 10¾ ounces each}
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Curry Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cup Progresso Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  1. Cook broccoli just until a little tender {don’t over cook}, then drain.
  2. Spray 9×13 casserole dish with Pam cooking spray.
  3. Place cooked broccoli in the bottom of the casserole dish.
  4. Top with cubed chicken, then add cooked rice.
  5. Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl, and mix well.
  6. Spread mixture over the ingredients already in casserole dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheese, then bread crumbs.
  8. Drizzle with melted butter, and cover with aluminum foil.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour, or until done. {bake first 30 minutes covered, and last 30 minutes uncovered}. ENJOY!!
