- Butter* – Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil can be substituted.

- Hershey Bars

The dough can be made ahead of time and then stored covered in the refrigerator up to 2 days prior to baking.
How To Make S’Mores Cake Mix Cookies
It’s actually SO simple to make these S’Mores Cookies!
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Mix your Cake Mix, Butter & Eggs in a large bowl.
2. Next, gently stir in your graham cracker pieces, Hershey chocolate bar pieces and mini marshmallows.
3. Chill the cookie dough in your refrigerator.
4. Once chilled, go ahead and form your dough into balls, before baking the cookies in the oven.
5. Bake your cookies in the oven, then cool, serve & DEVOUR!

S'Mores Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 13.25 ounces Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake mix
- 1/3 cup Melted Butter (Vegetable or Canola Oil can be substituted)
- 2 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup Hershey’s Bar Pieces (broken up into pieces) (about 3+ 1.5 oz. Hershey’s Bars)
- 3/4 cup Honey Maid Graham Crackers (broken up into pieces) (about 4 graham crackers)
- 3/4 cup Dehydrated Mini Marshmallow Bits
Instructions
- Combine Cake Mix, Melted Butter (or oil), and Eggs in large mixing bowl, and mix with hand mixer or stand mixer until well combined.
- Carefully stir in Hershey Bar Pieces, Graham Cracker Pieces, and Marshmallow Bits, and mix well with spoon.
- Cover dough and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After dough has chilled, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll cookie dough into 1 1/2 tablespoon sized rounded balls and transfer to cookie sheet.
- Bake on center oven rack for 7 - 13 minutes, or until done. (Note: Bake on the shorter end of the time range for non-stick cookie sheets & longer end of the time range for aluminum cookie sheets.)
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to wire racks to finish cooling, and ENJOY!

Hi Lola ~ these would make a great gift in a jar! I would suggest adding the cake mix to the jar, then the hershey bars, graham crackers, and marshmallows on top.
