Where to Stay in Moab Utah
Have you ever wanted to visit Arches National Park or Canyonlands National Park and thought… “Where should I stay in Moab, Utah?” I’m glad you asked… because I’ve got the perfect place for you!
If you have ever visited a National Park, you know how fast the weather can change. I should know… I just got caught in a crazy thunder/lightning/hail storm hiking to Landscape Arch in Arches National Park!!
Well, let me tell you… having a beautiful hotel to stay at can make navigating changing weather a breeze! It also allows you to have the most time to enjoy why you really came… to enjoy the beautiful National Parks!
Now let me introduce you to my FAVORITE place to stay in Moab…
I recently cashed in my Choice Privilege Points for a 3-night stay at the beautiful Comfort Suites in Moab.
My family of 4 was able to easily spread out in the expansive Suite, clean up after a long days hiking to Delicate Arch and Landscape Arch, and get a really really good night’s sleep!
I love finding such gorgeous hotels to stay at… for FREE with my Choice Privileges Points!
The Comfort Suites lobby was large, clean and inviting. Opened in the summer of 2014, everything still felt so nice and new! The breakfast area was bright and open, with plenty of seating, and Free Coffee was available all day. You can never have too much free coffee… seriously! 😉
Not only was my hotel room beautiful… it was absolutely HUGE! I don’t know if I have ever seen such an expansive hotel room before!! It was perfect for spreading out with the family, and plenty of room for our hiking gear.
Double sinks and granite? Why yes… yes, please!
Nothing beats a dip in the pool after a looooong day of hiking. So relaxing and refreshing! I loved those mountain views by the pool, too!
This hotel had everything, even amazing sunset views from our room’s window…WOW!!

Now, I’ve been a big fan of Choice Privileges for a long time. No, seriously, I just checked… I’ve been a member of Choice Privileges since 2006!
I use the no-annual fee Choice Privileges Visa to earn points every month – 1 point for every $1 spent. I earn points on all my regular everyday purchases, then pay the bill at the end of the month. And, I also earn 10 points for every $1 spent on any stay at over 5,500 Choice Hotels!
My family has used different Choice Hotels on so many amazing vacations! We’ve stayed at Choice Hotels in Arizona, California, Texas, Washington, Utah, North Carolina, and Virginia!
But by far… the best way I’ve ever used Choice Privilege Points was to get 5 Free Hotel Nights on my trip to Rome, Italy last Fall!! We fell in love with the hotel… and the staff!
So what happens when you earn all those Free Hotel Nights?
You have money available for other fun Summer activities… like that boat rental you’ve been dreaming of, or maybe a family day at a theme park. Isn’t dreaming fun?? 😉 Thanks again to Choice Hotels for sponsoring this post! Now are you ready to start planning your next getaway?

Moab has gone down as one of my all time favorite places to visit. I would move there in a heartbeat if I could convince my husband (who hasn’t been there…maybe next year). I went with my sis on a road trip several years ago before either of us married. We loved it! We didn’t stay the night in UT but next time, I definitely will. 🙂
