Fresh Pico de Gallo Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 fresh ripe Roma plum Tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups White Onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro freshly chopped (or 1/2 cup Dried Cilantro)
- 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lime Juice
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Dice Tomatoes
- Finely chop Jalapeno Pepper, using gloves while chopping.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly.
- Allow Salsa to marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve with crunchy Tortilla Chips, with tacos using this Homemade Taco Seasoning, or with fajitas using this Homemade Fajita Seasoning.
- Recipe can easily be cut in half. Enjoy!!
- Storage Tip: Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
