Crockpot Tomato Tortellini Soup Recipe!
Ingredients
- 10 oz. refrigerated Tortellini
- 1/2 cup White Onion finely chopped
- 23.2 oz. Campbell’s Tomato Soup Family Size {1 can}
- 14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes {1 can}
- 12 oz. Evaporated Milk {1 can}
- 6 oz. Parmesan Cheese {shredded}
- 3 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley for Garnish {optional}
Instructions
- Spray Crock Pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients {except Parmesan and Parsley} to large bowl, and stir well.
- Pour contents from bowl into Crock Pot, and Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours or LOW for 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- After cooking 1.5 hours on HIGH or 3 hours on LOW, add Parmesan Cheese, stir well, and cook for additional 30 minutes, covered.
- Optional: garnish with chopped Parsley and more Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy!!
