Candy Cane Cake Mix Cookie Recipe!
Ingredients
- 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
- 12 Candy Canes {1 box regular sized canes}
- ½ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 2 Egg Whites
- 16 oz. Cream Cheese Frosting
Instructions
- Unwrap candy canes and place in gallon freezer bag, zip, then roll and crush with rolling pin. Once crushed, set aside in small bowl.
- Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
- Cool on cooling racks.
- Once cool, frost with your favorite white or cream cheese frosting, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes. ENJOY!!
