Ingredients

• 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
• 12 Candy Canes {1 box regular sized canes}
• ½ cup Melted Butter, or Canola Oil, or Vegetable Oil
• 2 Egg Whites
• 16 oz. Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions

• Unwrap candy canes and place in gallon freezer bag, zip, then roll and crush with rolling pin. Once crushed, set aside in small bowl.
• Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
• Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
• Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
• Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
• Cool on cooling racks.
• Once cool, frost with your favorite white or cream cheese frosting, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes. ENJOY!!
