Crockpot Ranch Chicken Recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
- 2 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix {two 1 oz. packets} or 6 Tbsp Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
- ½ cup Canola Oil
- ÂĽ cup Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- Place chicken in crockpot.
- In small mixing bowl, combine Red Wine Vinegar, Canola Oil and Ranch Powder Mix, and stir well.
- Pour mixture over chicken, and place lid on Crockpot.
- Cook on HIGH for 3.5 hours or LOW for 7 hours {covered}, or until done.
- That’s it! Seriously… it doesn’t get any easier, and it’s oh-so tasty!
